This 15 min. appointment allows Dr. Paula to screen your whole body posture and alignment, check your balance & co-ordination indicators to set your base-line before the season starts. Indicators for pre-eminent issues may be identified and further consultation is optional

Discounted Chiropractic Care

As part of the sponsorship contribution to the female GSFC members, all current registered players who wish to consult with Dr. Paula will receive a discount on Chiropractic consultations. You may book on-line directly (see above) and the discount will be applied at the clinic when player registration is provided and attends the clinic

Team culture

We all know how important team culture is, This is the U 15 Div. 2 2021 premiership team at the very beginning of their season, as they stood proudly on Anzac day.

They didn’t start as champions, but as the season went on, came to understand better what it is to be part of a team of diverse players. While there were a number who were stand-out players, they could only be stars if their fellow teammates backed them up

Creating a pre-game team ritual for body and mind

I had volunteered as a team manager and created a pre-game dynamic stretch and warm-up ritual that the captain & vice-captain would lead (along with their favourite music) This helped these teenagers to start to focus first on their bodies and then to settle their minds ready to listen to their coach’s instructions and get ready for their game. Across the season it became a unifying thing for the team and they surprised themselves by starting as underdogs and finishing up taking out a premiership!

Designing your team's signature dynamic warm-up

I am able to work with you & your coaches to develop your own rituals to add to your team’s culture. Whilst winning is great, that’s probably not the sole reason you have joined Goody Saints. There is so much more that contributing to a team sport does for us as individuals.

The values held at Goodwood Saints Football Club are the reason my children have played there and why I am a sponsor.
