Dr Paula has been a chiropractor for over 25 years. In that time she has helped thousands of people and their families manage symptoms and improve their health & well-being. Her patients age from 0-90 and she adapts her techniques accordingly. Dr Paula has a particular interest in working with pregnant women & pediatrics with extra training in oral restrictions.

Dr Paula offers cold laser therapy as well as chiropractic as it is an effective tool in managing pain and inflammation alongside manual therapy and exercise.

Remedial Massage therapy aids in muscle pain and stiffness, stress management, and more.

Lisa Scarfo has had 20+ years of naturopathic doctoring experience and uses a range of therapies to support you.
