1 – Do NOT leave it unattended around a puppy☠
2 – You’re too quick. To get the benefits you need to go SLOW🐢 and hold the pressure on those juciy trigger points!
3 – You’re holding your breathe. When you do you also hold more tension in your muscles! We are trying to relax them right?? Top tip count using your breathes not by seconds!🙃
4 – You’re trying to roll only the sore areas – remember sometimes the area of pain is not the area of dysfunction. Keep in mind not to foam roll on a fresh injury!🤕
5 – You’re starting at the wrong end and rolling the wrong direction. Alway roll towards the heart. It allows for better blood flood and waste drainage. Get those toxins out☢
