Research suggests that the optimum amount of sleep for a grown adult is between 7-8 hours.
Some tips that we suggest for a better night’s sleep include:
👍 Having a similar routine before bed every night. Wind down, have a shower, enjoy a cuppa and shut those eyes
👍 Do not include electronic devices in that routine! Try switching of TVs, iPads, laptops and phones 20 mins before bed
👍 Keep the routine regular as much as you can. Try to go to bed at the same time every night and wake at the same time everyday so your body will settle in to a natural rhythm

👍 Avoid sleeping on your tummy. Side and back sleeping is much better for your posture
👍 Make sure your pillow allows your head to sit at a 90 degree angle to your shoulder. Adjustable, contoured pillows are available for purchase at both of our locations.
